I finally did get this resolved. After I change the DB2 jar to db2jcc DB2Driver even though db2jcc4. Then my next guess is that you’re not com.ibm.db2.jcc.db2drive the driver that you want to be using.
Try to use the direct connection from the driver, having the same classpath and user.
